the truth is, many people are comfortable, but they are not SAFE. they are not in deep connection with their bodies… they aren’t aware of how to hold themselves through intensity… they’re living distracted, in panic or in pain.
the work of being a safe body is about loving and listening.
i’m deeply grateful to share these frameworks, techniques and rituals with you that have transformed the way i relate with my body, my mental health, and my emotions.

this is a method i've created to help myself and others in the after-effects of pain, trauma, or the general wear-and-tear of life.
in transmission one, we'll dive into personality - specifically trauma-induced personality. we will also somatically release and bury the 'not-self'.
in transmission two, we go deeeeep into power. this conversation dives into manufactured v. embodied power, the ways that new age spiritual and mindset work can sometimes disconnect us from our embodied power, and we'll journey into the new skin of our power somatically.
in transmission three, we focus on primal peace. if you err on the anxious or dissociated side, what we cover in this trasnmission has the power to transform your relationship with your body and your mental health. the techniques and teachings i share in this transmission are what i've learned and leaned on in my journey from suffocating from my chronic panic and dissociation for almost a decade, to living a peaceful, resourced, and healthy experience in my body.
each transmission has an educational portion and an experiential portion. it's important to do participate in both to receive the full effect of each practice.
